With a little more luxury and a hint of adventure awaiting, we travel south to the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula ranges, coast and vineyards. Your escape from the office starts at 9am! so just sit back, enjoy the company and chat away as we make our way along the coast for that all important morning coffee stop (either Port Willunga Beach or Port Noarlunga).

After a stretch of the legs it's back on board and through the countryside to Victor Harbor. Walking across the causeway with lunch in hand we'll find a great spot among the Granite Island rocks to sit and eat while watching over the spectacular southern ocean. Next, it's off to meet your captain for a 45 minute ocean adventure to Seal Island and find where the seals and dolphins play!

After all that excitement it may be time for a little snooze on the way to our favourite eco-friendly winery, Gemtree. Always worthwhile before heading to the cellar door is a short wander around their restored wetlands eco-trail - we'll be sure to introduce you to Bio and Dyno too! Then it's off to learn all about Gemtree's organic and bio-dynamic methods on their fascinating 'Being Bio-dynamic' experience'.

And finally it becomes 'a sit and relax on the balcony' type of afternoon, with wine and a platter. Enjoy the selection of organic local treats while admiring the views across McLaren Vale to the sea. Phew, what a day!

Adelaide Adventure Day

We start the day with a casual hike in the spectacular Morialta Conservation Park, at an easy pace and over a distance of approximately 6km. Combining the best trails and tracks we'll visit all three waterfalls and lookouts. To reward this accomplishment its time to relax and refuel over a well deserved picnic lunch.

Before you get too comfortable! it's back on the bus for a short drive to the Botanic Gardens where we jump on our bikes to join the River Torrens trail and start our ride to the beach. The 14km trail takes us along the Riverbank Precinct, through the Bonthyon Park wetlands, and follows the beautiful linear parks all the way to the golden sands of Henley Beach.

With lots of stops along the way you'll still have energy to burn at the beach. Take some time to build a sandcastle, play in the sea or just soak up some sunshine before climbing back in the bus so we can take you home (well at least back to the office).

Look forward to it - it's going to be a ripper day! This is sure to get you re-energised and feeling very proud of yourself!
